Dillon did the start up for our pool, Ethan does our weekly service & Jay reconnected our pool equipment to our phones after a power outage. Ethan even came over to help us when we had ducklings caught in our pool cover. Everyone is friendly & our pool looks fantastic.

Our previous pool technician retired and his replacement could not keep our pool in great condition or keep up with follow ups and requests. We have a large high maintenence pool with Iaqualink and I knew we needed a professional company that could keep up with its demand. Primary Pools was recommended to me thru Nextdoor and I could not be happier with their service. My pool had yellow and green algae that could not previously be removed (even with shock) and within 2 weeks of service it was totally gone and my pool was clear and clean. I then had trouble with my iaqualink and Dillon showed up the same day I called and fixed it. Their communication is outstanding (you even get an email everytime they service with what was done etc). I am beyond grateful for Dillon and his team!

Dillon and his team set an incredibly high bar. Exemplary service just begins to describe the level of care and competence Primary Pool Services provides. The pool looks spectacular: we've had it for over 40 years and it has never looked this good! The peace of mind Dillon provided by trouble shooting our pump and water delivery system was a true godsend. I work in customer service and it is not common to find this level of genuine engagement and investment in results. An absolute pleasure to be their client! I highly recommend Primary Pool Services. I am the type of pool owner that used to enjoy taking care of my pool. I normally did not want a pool service...however, time with my family is much more important to me. This idea led me to ask my neighbor about his "pool guy." I have been using this pool service for a few months now. It is one of the best decisions I have made. These guys always show up....but the best part about this service, they actually seem to care about your pool. These guys even send an email following the service with pics and listing of water parameters. Simply awesome...if you need a pool service, stop thinking about it and call these guys!

Best spa service ever! After each visit you receive an email with photos and details about the water quality. Their customer service is great. If I ever have a question they answer texts and messages very quickly. Jimmy, our service tech, does a great job and is very friendly. Less than a year ago, we needed to replace the original old pool pump look around from several vendors found Ivan/Dillion - Primary pool service offer us with competitive pricing we were very happy to get a variable pump speed that much more energy efficient and Dillion have provide us with excellent customer service and professional installation for our pool pump and waterfall pump, later on we also switched our pool service to Primary pool- Jimmy is our professional pool service has provided us with pool cleaning maintain our pool chemical balance well so don’t end up with algae on the side like what had happened with the prior pool service that we had for a couple of years. Jimmy sends us a cleaning report every week and he also pay attention to thing that doesn’t seem to work right for pool equipment Ms and communicate with Dillion to come out and check recently and found out that we have rodents issue chewed up the pump control wire so Dillion come out with new part and offer a solution that will help prevent the incident not to repeat it again on the future by sending the wire thru pipe under ground. We were please with the repair and attention to details from Primary Pool Care

This is the 3rd pool guy I have had in 12 years. They have been servicing my pool now for a little over a year and it has never been not ready to use. The service is great and they send photos of the process each time. Also when I have questions or concerns that I come up with they answer very quickly even if it might be off hours. As a contractor they have also been able to help me with some projects that I had issues. All around great company in my opinion.
