How much is your monthly pool maintenance?
It depends. Our monthly plans are standardized based on the size of your pool, the type of system it uses, and whether any one-off maintenance items need to be replaced or repaired.
Can we pay our monthly bill online?
Yes, your bill will be emailed to you. This allows you to pay your bill online, over the phone with one of our representatives, or in person.
What other payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, and checks for all work we do.
When will you show up for our treatment?
Our supervisors will make sure your appointment times are clearly communicated to your over the phone and via text. If there is any change in our schedule, you will adequately notified.
What all is included your monthly cleaning?
Can you repair the problem with my pool equipment?
That depends. We have the capabilities to repair and replace most pool equipment. Give us a call and we'll happily visit your home to determine the scope of work required to get your pool back in working condition.
Do I still need to clean my pool with a salt system?
Yes, the salt system generates chlorine for your pool. But, your pool still needs to be brushed, skimmed, and vacuumed on a regular basis. You'll also need additional chemicals to keep the pool water properly balanced.
Is your pool company licensed?
Yes. All pool companies are required to be licensed by the state of California. Our license number is:
Can you give me and estimate over the phone?
Unfortunately, no. For any jobs, we need to visit the property and look at the current condition of the pool. This let's us know if any immediate treatment is need to shock the pool water into shape.
Why is my pool green?
The likely cause of this is algae growth. There a number chemical imbalances that allow algae to grow in the water. Good news! It can be cleared up in one or two treatments.
